My Community Mail collects only the information business owners give us when they ask about advertising or join our mailing list.
What we collect
Business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business category, city, target community, preferred ad type, timing, website, and any offer details you choose to share.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, check advertising availability in your community, and let you know when new mail drops open near your business. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other advertisers on the mailer.
If you join our list you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to hello@mycommunitymail.ca.
Data storage
Your information is stored in our database with access restricted to My Community Mail staff. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@mycommunitymail.ca.
